Sassy (she/her)
Sassy (@sassy_masochist) has been active in the rope scene since 2015, where she quickly discovered a deep love for both sides of the rope. Drawn to rope for the connection and creative expression it allows, Sassy’s tying style emphasizes creating beautiful shapes, improvising bondage, and adapting her play to honor the unique needs of each individual. In her curriculum, Sassy often aims to destigmatize kink and help kinksters make adjustments in their play to accommodate their body’s specific needs.
Sassy has taught and performed for many organizations and events, including Dark Odyssey, Tethered Together, Rope in the Rockies, EURIX, TES Fest, Shibari VA, Bound in Boston, Exxxotica Expo, and more! She is also the co-founder of SMart Boston Collab, where she continues to organize and teach in her local Boston community. A firm believer in lifelong learning, Sassy is always seeking new ways to grow, create, and connect within the community.

Tori (she/her)
Living up to her name, Tori (FearlesMasochist) has a rope bottoming career starting in 2015, spanning across multiple communities involving diverse and intense sadistic rope styles; most recently expanding into education with several classes across the US and at EURIX. She is a big advocate for community and was a founding mentor with the New England Mentorship Program; and is so excited to be an organizer for SMart Boston Collab, building local community in Boston. Tori has also taught and performed for many organizations and events, including Dark Odyssey, Tethered Together, EURIX, TES, Shibari VA, Upline Studio, Bound in Boston, and the Kit Kat Club. Tori has developed a deep dedication to masochism, from what started as a bedroom spanking fetish and a love of contact sports. Always up for a challenge, she can be seen hanging upside down from a rig or creating general silliness somewhere in Boston.

Rosie (she/her)
Rosie (roosiieebee) is a switchy polyamorous pansexual who has been involved in the kink scene for 10+ years. She brings her chaotic energy to kink scenes regardless of the role she’s playing, and enjoys finding new and creative ways to play, connect, and learn from one another. Rosie co-founded SMart Boston Collab in 2023 with the goal of broadening access to education and community for all. She’s currently focused on improving the experience of new people to the scene, and is excited about building a safer kink community that benefits us all. Rosie loves spending time doing kinky, witchy shit, as well as being the designated extrovert in many groups, and finding ways to build and foster community of all kinds.

Berry (she/her)
Berry (Not_Your_Berry) is a polyamorous switch who has been fucking around and finding out for over seven years. Her introduction to the lifestyle lived securely in a bottom headspace, but she has since discovered her love of both sides of the slash. A chaos gremlin to her core, Berry is fascinated by the connections made possible through all types of play-especially rope. With the energy of a designated extrovert, her goal is to make others’ introductions to the community a little bit easier. Berry is also a nerd about the design and physics of how the structures of rope bondage work, and is passionate about sharing that education with others.

Chaos (they/them)
Chaos (they/them), is a nonbinary switch who entered the Boston scene in 2022 . They started their journey as bottom a few years before, but realized their love of switching through the self-tying pipeline. As someone with hypermobility, they also have a keen interest and passion for figuring out ways to adapt ties for bodies with chronic conditions. They approach rope with the mindset of facilitating connection and intention in whatever ways feel good to all involved, whether that’s quiet and intense, goofy and full of laughter, or anywhere in between. While Chaos is more of an introvert, they love giving people the time, space, and a listening ear to nerd out about their rope hyperfixations and special interests.

Cindy (she/her)
Cindy (TheSeize) is a queer bottom who first became active in the Boston scene in 2017 with the intention of creating community. Besides connecting with people through bottoming experiences, she seeks to encourage an emphasis on honesty, communication, and consent in Boston spaces. She co-founded and facilitated Waltham Rope in 2019, which has since become Wicked SMart Rope Share after the pandemic. At these shares you may have seen her facilitating what she calls ‘Rope Snacks’, a lightweight unconference style learning opportunity that allows education and practice to coexist with playfully tying. She adds skills to the SBC team with administration, facilitation, and tech expertise, making things run smarter so the team does not have to work harder.

Curls (they/she) is a polyamorous pansexual whose kink journey spans over five years in the community, with many more through intimacy. Their rope bondage journey began with self-tying and continues to evolve through active bottoming. Curls approaches rope as a way to connect the mind and body, savoring everything from slow, sensual flows to mean and challenging predicaments.

Eric (he/they)
Eric (WolfEric) has been an active member of the Boston rope scene for over a decade. They organized and taught 101 rope at Rope Bite; they also ran the TNG Diesel Munch for over 2 years. Eric co-founded Waltham Rope in 2019, which has since become Wicked Rope after the pandemic. They have most recently been coordinating with SBC to teach and help make rope as accessible as possible. They consider themselves to be always learning.

Yvonne (she/they)
Yvonne (she/they) is a queer, switchy, polyamorous human who has been involved in kink, rope, and non-monogamy since 2016. Yvonne is passionate about inclusivity, relationships, and supporting the wide variety of ways humans can connect with each other. Yvonne began hosting Spill the Tea; a non-monogamy round table discussion group, in 2022 with the goal of providing a community space to discuss non-normative relationship styles. Beyond Spill the Tea, Yvonne engages in rope on all sides of the slash, enjoying topping, bottoming, and self-tying. As another designated extrovert in SBC, Yvonne strives to create welcoming, accessible spaces for those who are curious about exploring kink, rope, and especially, non-monogamy.
